Our Compliance Guarantee plan gives you the peace of mind of knowing that each month you know how much your safety compliance will cost you by paying the same fee every month. Regardless of our time spent managing your compliance.

Our Compliance Guarantee Plus plan also has a fee every month. But also includes SEMS Management at an hourly rate. We will only charge your company for the time spent managing your SEMS program. Which relieves you of the burden of a retainer that many companies charge regardless of if they work on your program or not. We are here to help your company.

We also provide expert witnesses (professionals whose opinion by virtue of training, skills, or experience, is accepted by judges as experts) and subject matter experts or SMEs (professionals who are an authority in a particular area or topic).
